        HOW DOES BOOKING WORK?

      Simply click on 'Book Online' and select which service you would like to book. Fill in required details. You will receive communication before the appointment to check your booking. If you would like more than one service please add notes to your request.

       HOW DO I PAY?

We accept payment via: CASH, CARD PAYMENT, BANK TRANSFER. 

Payment is due on completion of job and before we leave your property.

       DO I CLEAN WINDOWS IN THE RAIN?

YES.

We work in all kinds of weather until it becomes unsafe for us or you and your property, so you may see us in wind, rain, maybe even snow!

       DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN WORK IS       CARRIED OUT?

If you are happy for us to continue if your out then we can complete your job whatever the case. You do not have to be home for us to complete your job. We carry everything we need onboard the van.
